Your projects, takeoffs, prices and estimates belong to your company. Data is separated per company at row level; one company's records never appear in another's queries. Item, quantity, unit price and location are stored; personal data is removed.
Arkesif is a calculation and documentation platform; its suggestions are statistical estimates and do not constitute a binding price offer. Final prices and commitments remain the user's responsibility. Nothing is written to an estimate without your approval.
Contribution to learning is on by default and can be switched off with one click. When off, your data does not feed the shared model and keeps working inside your own workspace. The shared model trains only on anonymized data. You may request deletion of your data.
