In most practices, estimating knowledge lives in people's heads: what an item cost, where we were wrong. As that knowledge fades, every project starts from zero. Arkesif turns that experience into an institutional memory.

Architecture, education and learning systems
Arkesif was founded to turn architectural takeoff and cost estimating into a measurable, learning structure.
How we work
We build the product in the order the site uses it: measurement, takeoff, estimate, quote. The same data does three jobs: pricing the project, training the team and strengthening the price model. We do not put a claim on this site that we cannot measure.
Education and research
Arkesif is also an open research project. We share the method, the measurements and the dataset, and we are open to university collaboration and education licences.
